INTRODUCING
PHOENIX WRAP
Phoenix Wrap (TM) thickness is 80 mil verses the Asian import, which is customarily between 60 and 65 mil This helps to avoid squatting, stretching and tearing when transporting the bale from the field to the gin.
ADHESIVES
We use an American made adhesive for both the "tack layer" and the glue strip. Our tack layer is 34 feet and the glue strip has been improved to 7.83 inches, creating a stronger bond. The glue strip is also rated extreme temperature ranges, allowing for successful harvest in all regions.
Color
Phoenix Wrap (TM) is a distinct, recognizable RED color and is trademarked to protect customers from knock-off aftermarket products. It is easily visible in the field and on the gin yard.
